BIOGRAFI (Biography)

Jaya Addin Linando menempuh pendidikan magister (MBA) di Universitas Gadjah Mada dan Wirtschafts Universität (WU) Wien Austria (exchange program), setelah sebelumnya memperoleh gelar sarjana (S.E.) di bidang manajemen dari Universitas Islam Indonesia. Ia memiliki minat mengajar pada mata kuliah Human Resource Management dan Organizational Culture. Topik riset yang menjadi interesnya antara lain ‘kepemimpinan’, ‘budaya perusahaan’, ‘karir’, ‘religiusitas’ dan ‘MSDM di universitas’. Ia pernah dan sedang menjadi konsultan MSDM di beberapa UMKM, selain itu ia juga pernah bekerja di beberapa jenis perusahaan, baik yang berbentuk startup, BUMN, dan swasta.
