Welcome to the Undergraduate Program in Management, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universitas Islam Indonesia!

UPM FBE UII has a mission to nurture inspiring leaders who advance knowledge in management with distinctive characters in Islamic values who able to adapt with dynamic environment changes and contribute to society. To achieve this mission, students of UPM are nurture to understand, implement, and develop the knowledge and practice of management science.

As an Islamic institution, UPM equipped the student competency based on Islamic values. UPM FBE UII developed the curriculum and co-curriculum to support students to reach their future as professional and innovative entrepreneurs. The curriculum is classified into two groups, first, a group of courses that equip students with general managerial skills and second, a group of courses that equip students with specializations in certain fields of management. With this curriculum design, students could achieve their degree in bachelor of management within four years by mastering in general and a specialization of management science. The specializations of the courses are finance management, marketing management, human resource management management, and operations management.

The teaching and learning process in UPM FBE UII are emphasizes on student-centered learning model, where lecturers play a greater role as motivators and facilitators. Some of teaching methods used in UPM FBE UII are seminar, assignment presentation, case studies, and practicum. UPM FBE UII also equipped students with courses with technological content that give them experiences to manage the virtual business and enhance the ability for decision making. Eventually, UPM FBE UII has a strong commitment nurture graduates who not only master in the field of management but also have characters who uphold Islamic values.
