BIOGRAFI (Biography)

Muafi menempuh pendidikan doktor (Dr.) di bidang manajemen dari Universitas Brawijaya, setelah sebelumnya memperoleh gelar magister (M.Si.) di bidang ilmu manajemen dari Universitas Airlangga. Ia memiliki minat mengajar pada mata kuliah Manajemen SDM Stratejik, Perilaku Organisasional, dan Manajemen Perubahan. Topik riset yang menjadi interesnya antara lain Manajemen SDM Stratejik, Organisasional Stratejik, dan Sistem SDM. Ia menerima hibah penelitian dari Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi dan Kementerian Keuangan RI (RISPRO LPDP). Sampai saat ini, ia juga menjadi reviewer penelitian nasional Kemenristekdikti, reviewer RISPRO LPDP Kemenkeu, dan reviewer beasiswa LPDP Kemenkeu RI.
