BIOGRAFI (Biography)

Majang Palupi menempuh pendidikan magister (MBA.) di bidang Bisnis Umum dari the University of Tennessee USA, setelah sebelumnya memperoleh gelar sarjana (BBA.) di bidang keuangan dari Western Michigan University USA. Ia memiliki minat mengajar pada mata kuliah Manajemen SDM Stratejik, Manajemen SDM Internasional, dan Budaya Organisasi. Topik riset yang menjadi interesnya antara lain Keadilan Organisasional, Perilaku Menyimpang Organisasional, dan Manajemen SDM Konsep Hijau. Ia secara aktif terlibat sebagai reviewer di bidang keadilan organisasional pada beberapa penerbit jurnal bereputasi seperti Elsevier, Sage, dan Routledge. Ia juga bekerja sebagai konsultan SDM di berbagai perusahaan publik dan swasta berskala besar di Indonesia.
